Shipping policy
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day. During peak periods (Valentine's Day, Christmas, etc.) processing may take up to 5 business days.
Estimated Delivery Times
After dispatch:
- Germany: 3–5 business days
- Europe (EU): 5–7 business days
- Rest of World: 7–14 business days
These are estimates only, not guarantees. Delays due to customs, carrier disruptions, or extraordinary events are outside our control.
Tracking
A tracking number is emailed to you once your order is dispatched. Please allow 2–3 business days for tracking information to activate. If you have not received tracking details within 5 business days of ordering, contact us at info@dnz-gbr.com.
Incorrect Delivery Address
Please verify your delivery address carefully before placing an order. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address you provided, re-shipping costs are your responsibility. If the package is not returned and is lost as a result of an incorrect address, we are unable to offer a refund or replacement.
Lost Packages
If tracking shows no movement for 15+ business days (domestic) or 30+ business days (international), contact us and we will file a claim with the carrier on your behalf. Claims must be submitted within 30 days of the expected delivery date.
Customs & Import Duties
For deliveries outside the EU, customs duties or import taxes may be charged by your country's authorities. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. Refusals due to unpaid customs fees will not be eligible for a full refund — return shipping costs and carrier fees will be deducted from any reimbursement.
