These Terms of Service govern all purchases made on amourra.com, operated by DNZ GbR ("we", "us", "our"). By placing an order you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms.

Contract Formation

Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. A binding sales contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order (e.g. suspected fraud, pricing errors, stock issues), in which case we will issue a full refund promptly.

Prices & Payment

  • All prices are in EUR and include applicable VAT where required by law
  • We reserve the right to correct pricing errors — if your ordered item was mispriced, we will contact you before fulfilling the order
  • Payment is due at the time of order via the methods shown at checkout
  • Fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes filed without prior contact with us may result in a permanent ban from our store

Delivery & Risk

Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery of the goods to the shipping address you provided. For consumers in the EU, risk does not transfer until the goods are physically received.

We make every effort to display products accurately. Slight colour variations may occur due to monitor settings. Images are illustrative; exact wrapping, packaging, or accessories may differ slightly from what is shown.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DNZ GbR is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific order in question. This does not apply to liability for intent, gross negligence, or injury to life, body, or health.

All content on amourra.com (images, text, logos) is the property of DNZ GbR or its suppliers and may not be copied or reused without written permission.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the UN CISG. For EU consumers, mandatory consumer protection rights under your country of residence remain unaffected. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Germany, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
